Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct legal reviews of contracts, vendor agreements, and partnership documents
• Support HR with employment-related legal matters (claims, lawsuits, PIPs, investigations)
• Assist with marketing-related legal issues including influencer and talent contracts
• Review and support supply chain agreements and corporate governance matters
• Provide legal research and support for real estate leases and renewals
• Draft and organize legal documents, filings, and compliance materials
• Help manage corporate governance tasks, including asset and functional transitions
• Develop systems for calendaring deadlines and maintaining legal records
• Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Operations leaders
