We are seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial Director to lead our product engineering efforts and contribute to building a world-class engineering center. As Director of Engineering, you will be at the forefront of our mission to develop and deliver cutting-edge healthcare solutions, with a specific focus on agents based on clinical knowledge, reasoning, and events for workflow automation and efficiency. This role requires a leader who can inspire and guide engineering teams to achieve excellence in product development.

Responsibilities :

• Lead and inspire Product Engineering team responsible for the development and success of Oracle's healthcare products.
• Define the technology roadmap and operational strategies, ensuring alignment with the overall product vision and market trends.
• Recruit, mentor, and develop a cohesive and high-performing engineering team.
• Oversee the entire product development lifecycle, from PRD intake, scoping, planning, execution, release, implementation, to post-launch support and maintenance.
• Act as a key liaison between various teams, including Product Management, Engineering, Operations, and Support.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying inefficiencies and implementing best practices.
• Utilize data analytics to derive actionable insights, measure performance, and optimize customer experience.
• Effectively communicate forward-looking plans and strategies to executive leadership and stakeholders.

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only. US : Hiring Range in USD from : $122,500 to $291,800 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
