The Health Services Team at Mary’s Woods is committed to excellence in all that we do. We are looking for an experienced Nurse Manager (RN) to oversee care and service delivery for our RCF & Memory Care Residents in alignment with the principles of person-centered care. The person in this position is a part of the Health Services Leadership Team and must be able to be function well both within a team and with a high degree of autonomy.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee all aspects of care delivery for 50 residents in an RCF and Memory Care neighborhood.
• Responsible for resident assessments, including admission, change of condition, and quarterly
• Lead care conferences and be the primary point of contact for resident families
• Promote the growth of staff through coaching and formal education in areas such as teamwork, decision-making, clinical skills, quality
• Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations and uphold Mary's Woods' quality assurance standards and safety
• Investigate incidents and implement measures to prevent future incidents
• Monitor care and incident trends and use those trends to drive quality improvement activities
