American Traveler is seeking a travel nurse RN ICU - Intensive Care Unit for a travel nursing job in Globe, Arizona.

Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced ICU RN with an active AZ or compact license who is willing to float and work night shifts.

Responsibilities

  • Position is based in an intensive care unit (ICU) in a hospital setting
  • Requires floating to Med Surg unit if needed
  • 12-hour night shifts are required with on-call responsibilities
  • Some call shifts are required with a duration of 24 hours
  • Uses Meditech 6.0 EMR; experience with this system is preferred
  • Flu vaccine is required for all candidates with no exceptions
  • Candidates must not live within a 100 mile radius from the hospital
  • No more than 3 days of requested time off allowed for each 13-week contract
  • Facility may cancel up to three shifts during a 13-week assignment
  • First time travelers will be considered

    • Requirements

  • Active AZ RN or compact state RN license required
  • Minimum of 3 years of ICU nursing experience required
  • Current ACLS and BLS certifications required
  • Must be willing and able to float to Med Surg
