As a Front Desk Security Professional with Allied Universal in an educational setting, you will be the first point of contact for visitors, students, and staff. Your primary responsibilities include monitoring entry points, verifying credentials, and providing helpful information while maintaining a professional and approachable presence. You will help to deter security-related incidents through attentive observation and clear communication. What You'll Do :

Provide customer service to individuals by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies at the front desk.

Monitor access to the location, verifying identification and assisting with visitor management in accordance with established guidelines.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following appropriate protocols.

Maintain detailed and accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and / or unusual occurrences as required by site procedures.

Assist with emergency response activities when appropriate, coordinating with Allied Universal management and local authorities as directed.

Support a welcoming environment by assisting students, staff, and visitors with inquiries and directions.

Help to deter unauthorized access and / or disruptive behavior through consistent presence and professional conduct at the front desk.

Minimum Requirements :

Be at least 21 years of age.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
