This role serves as the right-hand partner to the Chief Technology Officer, helping drive strategy, execution, and operational excellence across large-scale infrastructure and transformation initiatives. This role is ideal for a senior-level program or project leader with deep technical fluency and strong organizational skills who can act as a proxy for executive leadership in meetings and project execution.

This individual will lead and support organizational transformation efforts, act as liaison across technical and business units, and ensure that enterprise programs are executed with precision. Key Responsibilities

• Serve as an extension of the CTO, representing leadership in key meetings and managing follow-up action items.
• Partner closely with senior technology leaders to align infrastructure and transformation initiatives with business objectives.
• Support strategic planning, execution, and communication for technology modernization programs.
• Coordinate and oversee enterprise-wide initiatives, ensuring alignment with risk management and compliance standards.
• Manage executive calendars, priorities, and communications to ensure focus on high-impact activities.
• Lead and participate in special projects related to process improvement, transformation, and governance.
• Drive clarity and accountability in decision-making across cross-functional teams.
• Create and deliver executive presentations, reports, and communications materials.
• Ensure key transformation milestones are achieved and audit / compliance deliverables are completed on time.
