What You'll Do

This is not your typical desk job! As our Field and Operations Specialist, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our projects run smoothly and our customers are happy. Here’s what your day might look like :

Kick Off Projects Right : Start each project by meeting with homeowners and crews to review the job details and ensure everyone is on the same page.

Wrap Up Projects with a Smile : Walk homeowners through the completed work, address any final questions, and collect payment.

Handle the Heavy Lifting : Load and unload materials, including 80-pound bags, ensuring every job site has what it needs.

Drive Big Trucks : Operate large commercial trucks like a 550 dump truck and, ideally, pull trailers when needed.

Keep Things Organized : Maintain a clean, well-organized warehouse and stage materials for upcoming jobs.

Be a Material Matchmaker : Assist in matching bricks, shingles, and other materials for projects and deliver samples to customers for approval.

Run the Extra Mile : Ordering, picking up, and deliver materials from local vendors to keep projects moving smoothly.

We need someone who is reliable, hardworking, and customer-focused. Here’s what you’ll bring to the table :

Bilingual Skills (Preferred) : Fluent in English and Spanish, so you can connect with a diverse range of homeowners and crews.

Customer Service Superpowers : You know how to make people feel heard and valued.

Strength and Stamina : Comfortable lifting and moving up to 80 pounds regularly.

Driving Experience : Able to operate large commercial trucks; pulling a trailer is a big plus.

Problem-Solving Skills : Quick thinking and adaptability to keep projects on track.

Team Player Attitude : Work independently while collaborating effectively with others.

Attention to Detail : Stay organized and ensure all tasks are completed accurately.
