Mujin is currently seeking a Robotic Systems Technician. The RS Technician plays a critical, hands-on role in supporting Mujins advanced robotic systems deployed at customer sites. This role requires a strong foundation in PLC programming, electrical systems, and mechanical troubleshooting, along with the interpersonal and organizational skills to manage installations and on-site support activities.

This is a dual-role position, jointly supporting the Customer Support and Integration teams. It requires the flexibility to travel up to 50% of the time for deployments, while maintaining a local presence at the Suwanee, GA headquarters when not on-site.

Position Description :

• Provide on-site and remote technical support for Mujins robotic systems, including troubleshooting, maintenance, upgrades, and repairs.
• Perform system installations, including setup of robot arms, controllers, vision systems, sensors, demo cells, and end-of-arm tooling.
• Lead or support configuration and commissioning of Mujin Controllers and associated automation components at customer sites.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and software-related issues; escalate as needed using formal RCA processes.
• Collaborate with the Integration team on demo setups and custom part fabrication (frames, gripper parts, mounts, etc.).
• Maintain documentation of service work, RCAs, and configuration changes in the ticketing and reporting systems (e.g., Freshdesk).
• Engage with customers and internal teams to improve support tools, system performance, and deployment processes.
• Participate in the Patch Implementation and Post-Deployment Review processes as needed.
• Support and mentor junior technicians as part of the long-term support roadmap.
