We are offering a $1,000 sign-on bonus for qualified Residntial HVAC Service Technicians . In addition to competitive hourly pay, we are offering an extra $1,500 per month for up to 12 months. This bonus will commence after 90 days of employment, provided you remain in good standing with the company. A company vehicle is provided.
Responsibilities :
- 3+ years of Residential HVAC Service Technician experience.
- Servicing existing HVAC systems.
- Diagnosing common failures
- Inspect and perform equipment repairs.
- Perform routine preventative maintenance
- Provide an awesome in-home experience with our clients
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
