Position Overview

Blazer Jobs is seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to support students in a school-based setting in Plymouth, Minnesota for the 20252026 school year. This full-time position offers a combination of general office nursing duties and 1 : 1 student care.

Job Details

Schedule : 36.25 hours per week

Assignment : One school building

Caseload :

34 days / week : General office nurse duties

12 days / week : 1 : 1 nurse coverage when assigned nurse is absent

Student Ages : 1821 years old

Responsibilities Include :

Providing health office support, including medication administration and managing seizures

Assisting students with respiratory and tracheostomy care

Performing tube feeding as needed

Occasional assistance with toileting (minimal)

Collaborating with staff and paraprofessionals to ensure safe and effective care

Qualifications

Active LPN or RN license in Minnesota (required)

Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred

Experience with respiratory / tracheostomy care and tube feeding

Strong organizational, communication, and teamwork skills
