Quality Assurance Supervisor

A company is looking for a Quality Assurance Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities

Manage a small team of Quality Engineers and mentor them

Conduct ongoing testing of minor feature releases using both manual and automation methods

Communicate with project stakeholders and advocate for Testing Best Practices and Quality throughout the company

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 10 years' experience in a QA role testing web and mobile apps

At least 6 years of experience in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) in C#

2 or more years of experience leading and mentoring a QA team

Experience in hiring and performance evaluation of team members

Experience in writing and reviewing test plans and conducting User Acceptance tests
