JF Restaurants is seeking passionate and experienced Prep Cooks to join our esteemed culinary team at Hamlin House. This is a unique opportunity to grow within an award-winning restaurant group.

Responsibilities :

• Prepare ingredients by washing, chopping, slicing, and portioning food items.
• Assist in basic cooking tasks such as preparing sauces, dressings, and marinades.
• Label and store food prep properly to maintain freshness and prevent waste.
• Set up and stock workstations with necessary ingredients and equipment.
• Follow recipes and portion guidelines accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of prep areas, equipment, and storage.
• Comply with all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards.
