Head of Engineering

Set technical roadmap aligned to business goals and make build vs buy decisions

Double the engineering team in 12-18 months and develop team structures and leaders

Operate cross-functionally with product, design, and revenue teams to shape company strategy

Required Qualifications

Experience scaling teams to 30+ members successfully

Hands-on experience with AI tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, and Codex

Technical depth with AI-native fluency

Proven ability to make technical decisions that shape company direction

Experience building with relevant technologies like conversational AI and API integrations
