As we grow, we are seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer to bring technical excellence, leadership, and client-focused expertise to our high-performing team.

The Role

As a Senior Mechanical Engineer , you will lead the design, development, and delivery of mechanical systems for a variety of complex projects. You will take ownership of project outcomes, collaborate across disciplines, mentor junior staff, and directly contribute to the continued growth and technical standards of our company.

You will be responsible for :

• Leading all aspects of mechanical system design (HVAC, piping, chilled water, hot water, steam, controls, etc.).
• Ensuring deliverables meet project specifications, budgets, schedules, and code compliance (ASHRAE, IMC, NFPA, etc.).
• Coordinating closely with clients, architects, engineers, and construction teams.
• Innovating solutions to improve energy efficiency, system reliability, and project delivery.
• Mentoring and developing junior engineers while fostering a culture of accountability and technical excellence.
