Job descriptionOversee 2-8 associates at a cold storage warehouse, unloading containers + palletizing floor load product. Main Objective : Assist + Monitor work / Document work completed Schedule : 6 : 30am - 3 : 30pm Production Pay + $40 Daily for Admin. Tasks Supervise team members unloading containers Monitor productivity and adherence to safety protocols Assist in Training New Hires Document Work Completed during Shift Help Unload Containers Able to lift 50lbs consistently Communication : Strong verbal and written communication skills in a business environment Reliable Transportation Integrity : Do the right thing Quality : Trust in and follow the process consistently Leadership : Intentionally setting the example at all times Performance : Focusing on improvement to be better than yesterday Balance : Supporting whole-person fulfillment
