Claremont Care Center is a beautiful skilled nursing facility nestled in the heart of Pomona, CA. Our facility is surrounded by a lush garden setting, and we are very proud of our updated décor, spacious and well-equipped therapy gym, and comfortable, well-maintained environment. We seek a PRN Physical Therapist to join our team. As part of this amazing team of clinicians, you will have opportunities for training and continuing education in Think Thin / dysphagia, Abilities Care and dementia, stroke and neuro rehabilitation, and respiratory / COVID recovery programs.

PER DIEM : Flexible schedule with work-life balance

Pay : $48 - $54 / hour based on experience
