About This Role
The Digital Customer Growth B2B Traffic Lead will play a critical role in driving targeted traffic to our digital platforms, enhancing our online presence, and generating high-quality leads. You will work closely with the marketing, sales, and content teams to develop and execute strategies that attract, engage, and convert our B2B audience.
About the Marketing Digital Customer Growth Team : The Digital Customer Growth Team is AT&T's marketing engine, responsible for driving sustainable growth by deeply understanding and championing our customers, captivating them with compelling products, services, and experiences, and building a culturally relevant and beloved brand. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital demand generation strategies to drive qualified traffic and leads.
- Partner closely with marketing and media teams to align on KPIs and accountability to achieve digital P&L performance.
- Ability to analyze traffic performance to determine optimal mix to achieve revenue KPIs.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing regular reports and actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the engagement team to ensure alignment between traffic generation and experience improvement initiatives.
- Conduct A / B testing and other experimentation to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
- Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and competitive landscape to ensure our strategies remain innovative and effective.
- Work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales goals and ensure seamless lead handoffs.
Qualifications
A bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred; however, equivalent work experience will also be considered.5+ years of experience in digital marketing, demand generation, or a similar role, preferably in a B2B environment.Proven track record of successfully driving traffic and generating leads through digital channels.Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex data insights to executive leadership.Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing analytics and data visualization tools (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Tableau, Power BI etc.).Proficiency in SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media advertising platforms.Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.Strong collaboration and communication skills with the ability to present performance and complex problems or solutions to executive leadership.Creative thinker with a data-driven mindset.Our Lead Digital Customer Growth - Business earns between $143,800 - $215,800 USD Annual.
