We are seeking a qualified Heavy Equipment Operator to oversee and manage commercial projects, specializing in site work, water / sewer projects, and the construction of playgrounds and parks.

Responsibilities

• Source and calculate on-site bulk materials accurately.
• Forecast properly to ensure materials and equipment are available for the next phase.
• Operate all heavy equipment efficiently.
• Verify grades and ensure precision.
• Maintain proper upkeep of onsite equipment.
• Open and close project sites daily and conduct daily safety meetings.
• Read and interpret blueprints, project plans, and specifications.
• Communicate effectively with subcontractors and project managers.
• Advise and maintain project schedules.
• Work under the direction of the Project Manager.
• Implement and uphold safety protocols onsite.

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $45.00 / hr.
