Work Location & Shifts : 248 Industrial Road, Leominster, MA; Mon-Fri 7am-3 : 30pm

Pay : The starting hourly pay rate for this position is $ 18.50 + benefits. This information is specific to Leominster, MA and may not be applicable to other locations.

What your day in this role might involve at OC-Leominster :

Under minimal supervision the Assembler / Builder will measure, cut and assemble various door parts across multiple business lines. Tasks are fast paced and require a high level of mental alertness and attention to detail.

What makes a successful OC Leominster team member :

Must haves include...

• High School Diploma or GED and be at least 18 Years Old
• Able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
• Experience with :
• Working safely and following all plant rules
• Showing initiative, being a self-starter
• Communicating, in English, in a clear and effective manner
• Ability to multi-task
• Work independently, as well as part of a team, and have shift flexibility
• Read a tape measure and do basic math
