Under the direction of the Director of Instructional Support Services and Special Projects, the Faculty Workload Analyst evaluates, processes, and analyzes full and part-time curriculum and continuing education faculty workload records to ensure compliance with college, state, and federal requirements related to the Affordable Care Act (ACA). The duties of this position include : providing administrative leadership and technical support to all instructional areas related to faculty workload, developing, communicating and updating college-wide procedures, training faculty and staff, creating and producing reports, and researching and interpreting updates to ACA laws and regulations. The incumbent must be able to analyze information from a wide variety of sources to serve these various constituents. Other related duties include coordinating with the offices of scheduling, human resources, and financial services to ensure accurate documentation for benefits determinations.
Min Salary
$56,391.86
Mid Salary
$63,440.85 -We offer a competitive salary package that will be determined based on the candidate's experience level and qualifications related to the job. Compensation will be commensurate with your level of experience.
