Job Details

Job title : Post Partum Nurse

Hospital System : AMN MSP - New York-Presbyterian Hospital

Facility : Weill Cornell Medical Center

Interviews required : Voice Advantage Interview and Nurse Manager Screening / Interview

Start Dates : Weekly start dates with 4-6 weeks on average needed to complete compliance

Shift Times : 11.5 hour nights

Hours per Week : 46 Guaranteed Weekly Hours

Shift Frequency : Must work more than 3 shifts per week

Weekend Requirement : Every other weekend

Job Requirements

2 Years of Experience in Specialty in Last 3 Years

Willingness to Float to Units Appropriate for Skillset

New York State RN License in Hand

AHA BLS

AHA NRP

Large academic setting experience required (teaching hospital)

Must complete skills checklist in required skill set

EMR experience

Schedule Information

Total Number of Hours Per Week : 46 Guaranteed Weekly Hours

Shift Times : 11.5 hour nights

Weekend Requirement : Every other weekend

Shift Frequency : Must work more than 3 shifts per week

Unit Specific Information

Unit : Postpartum - Float Pool

Cornell requires 46 Guaranteed Weekly Hours; does not allow 3 shifts per week

Additional Details

Float Requirement : Yes to areas within acuity

Flu / COVID Vaccine Requirements : Yes, no declinations

Offers valid for 48 business hours - If not confirmed within this time, it will be rescinded

Scrubs Requirements : Navy Bottom + White Top or All White. Navy Bottom = Dark Shoes, All White = White Shoes
