As a Managing Director in our Financial Services & Insurance (FSI) Business Unit (BU) , you'll play a critical role in expanding our footprint in North America while delivering next-generation solutions to financial institutions, reshaping the industry.
Sia's Managing Directors (MDs) are pivotal leaders who drive the BU's strategic direction and long-term success. They are accountable for accelerating business growth through business development, client relationship management, consulting delivery, and team leadership.
In addition to client acquisition and growth, MDs serve as trusted advisors - bringing thought leadership, strategic foresight, and industry best practices to help clients navigate complex transformation journeys. They play a critical role in shaping the BU's consulting capabilities and mentoring its next generation of leaders.

Compensation Range : $180,000 - $250,00 per year (base salary only). Actual base salary within this range will be determined based on skills, experience, and qualifications. Additional compensation includes personal sales bonus (uncapped) and guarantees (discretionary bonus opportunities) aligned with objectives.
