Data Entry Clerk

Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Data Entry Clerk to join our client's team!

In this position, you will be responsible for accurately inputting and maintaining data within their office systems. This role requires a candidate who can thrive in a fast-paced office environment and possesses excellent computer skills.

Your responsibilities will include : entering and updating data accurately into company databases and systems, maintaining high levels of organization and data integrity, assisting with administrative tasks as needed, communicating clearly with team members and supervisors, and supporting team efforts in a friendly and professional manner.

Requirements :

• Proven experience in data entry within a fast-paced office environment
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Excellent communication skills
• Highly organized with keen attention to detail
• Eager to learn and adapt quickly
• Enjoys working collaboratively within a team environment
