The Human Resources Coordinator supports the strategic and operational goals of the Agency by fostering a positive, professional, and mission-aligned workplace environment. Under the oversight of the Executive Director, this position is responsible for providing administrative support and coordination in the following areas : recruitment and onboarding, employee relations, wage and salary administration, benefits administration, compliance, safety, Affirmative Action, Equal Employment Opportunity, Equal Pay, OSHA, and the Americans with Disabilities Act. The HR Coordinator promotes continuous learning and development for self and others.
Schedule / Location : 40 Hours / week Daytime weekday shift- no nights, weekends, or holiday shifts. Grand Rapids, MN
Compensation : Entry wage of $23.20 - $25.10 based on qualifications Wage Scale of $23.30 - $34.22 Scheduled Raises & Cost of Living Allowances
