About the Role :

Join our outpatient rehabilitation team as a Physical Therapist, providing high-quality care to patients recovering from injuries, surgeries, or managing chronic conditions. You’ll work in a collaborative environment that values patient outcomes and professional growth.

Responsibilities :

Evaluate, plan, and provide physical therapy treatments to patients.

Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.

Educate patients and families on recovery strategies and preventive care.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated care.

Requirements :

Licensed Physical Therapist in California.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Experience in outpatient rehabilitation preferred.
