Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable and experienced Foreman to lead our moving crews on residential and commercial jobs. The Foreman will serve as the on-site team lead, overseeing the loading / unloading process, managing the crew, ensuring customer satisfaction, and handling all job documentation. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and hands-on moving experience.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and supervise a team of movers during packing, loading, transport, and unloading
• Ensure safe handling, loading, and unloading of furniture and belongings
• Oversee task delegation to ensure efficient and safe execution
• Communicate clearly with clients to align expectations and address concerns
• Assist with the assembly and disassembly of furniture as needed
• Handle basic paperwork, job logs, and timekeeping using a smartphone or mobile app
• Conduct truck inspections and ensure proper use of tools and materials
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and safety standards
• Train and support new crew members as needed
• Maintain flexible availability to accommodate schedules ranging from under 20 to 40 hours per week, including occasional overtime

Qualifications :

Shift : Morning and Afternoon

Work Days : Workdays may vary and can include any day of the week (Monday through Sunday), including weekends and holidays, based on customer scheduling and business demand.

Job Type : Non-Exempt, Hourly Position (20–40 hours per week, as needed)
