Job descriptionSupport Time Management, Labor, and HRIS system implementations, upgrades, maintenance, and optimization Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for UKG Pro Workforce Management, Advanced Scheduler, HRSD, and Ga@Work Analyze business requirements and customer concerns to develop solutions Conduct systems integration and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Perform regular data imports / exports and ensure data integrity through routine quality checks Maintain and update system configurations, business rules, look-up tables, and interfaces Collaborate with IT and stakeholders to resolve issues and implement solutions Respond promptly to customer inquiries and assist in developing standards / procedures Active PMP Certification (must be provided) Bachelor's degree in a related field Minimum 3 years' experience in business analysis for large enterprise systems Minimum 3 years' experience in enterprise-level data migration or rollout projects Minimum 2 years' experience using Microsoft Power BI Minimum 3 years' experience using Microsoft Office applications Expert-level skills in Power BI and Microsoft Office Excellent customer service, problem-solving, documentation, and follow-up skills U.S. Citizenship or Green Card required Health insurance
