Seasonal Shipping Specialist
Location : Pelham / Oak Mountain area

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented person to join our Shipping / Warehouse Team in a fast-paced but friendly environment for the holiday season.
Job Summary
The Shipping Specialist is responsible for managing the shipping and receiving processes to ensure timely delivery of products to customers. This position requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to thrive under deadlines.
Responsibilities
Coordinate, schedule, and track all outgoing shipments to ensure on-time delivery
Prepare shipping documents and maintain accurate shipment records
Collaborate with internal teams to fulfill customer orders efficiently
Communicate with carriers to arrange pick-ups and resolve delivery issues
Inspect incoming shipments for damages or discrepancies
Maintain inventory of shipping supplies and materials
Track and process return shipments as needed
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous shipping / receiving experience preferred
Familiarity with ShipStation a plus
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Proficient computer skills
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Ability to lift and move packages as needed
Willingness to work overtime and occasional weekends
Position Details
Full-Time Seasonal
Schedule : Monday–Friday, 8 : 00 AM–4 : 30 PM (overtime and weekends as needed)
Starting Pay : Starting at $17.00 / hour
