This is an exciting role that will be responsible for all things control systems and will be one of the customer-facing experts for the company. This role will be extremely hands-on and will design, program, and troubleshoot control systems, lead on-site migrations, and provide critical technical support to customers. They are headquartered in the Fife, WA area. The company is a small, hands-on team whose mission is to modernize aging control systems in process environments in a variety of industries. Responsibilities :

• Provide technical leadership and collaborate with senior engineers on projects
• Design and modify control systems : architecture, networks, PLCs, HMIs, schematics, and panel layouts
• Develop and implement PLC and HMI programs
• Lead on-site control system migrations using company processes
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve customer system issues onsite and remotely
• Oversee panel design, drafting, and build processes
• Travel to customer sites about one week per month, or roughly 25-30% travel to support troubleshooting, installation, commissioning, and maintenance of customer control systems
