Devine Marketing Agency is looking for a full-time Client Engagement & Sales Associate to join our team. This role is a good fit for someone who enjoys working with people, building relationships, and representing brands in a professional, in-person setting.

You’ll connect directly with customers, answer questions, and help them understand the value of the products and services we promote. It’s hands-on, people-first work — ideal for someone who’s friendly, reliable, and looking to grow in marketing, sales, or communications.

What You’ll Be Doing :

• Represent client brands
• Engage with potential customers and answer product / service questions
• Help build long-term relationships through clear, confident communication
• Support marketing and outreach campaigns by connecting with the public
• Collaborate with the team to meet daily and weekly goals

What We’re Looking For :

Local to New Jersey — this is an in-person role

Comfortable talking to people and starting conversations

Positive attitude and strong communication skills

Reliable, organized, and open to learning

No specific experience required, but background in customer service, retail, or communications is a plus
