Actuarial Associate Director

A company is looking for an Associate Director, Actuarial to oversee key actuarial functions for Medicare ACO lines of business.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the development and maintenance of actuarial models for forecasting performance risks

Analyze revenue and claim data, translating complex concepts for various audiences

Communicate results and recommendations to stakeholders regarding business performance and strategic actions

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, or a related field

5+ years of actuarial experience with a focus on healthcare analytics and modeling

3+ years of experience with large healthcare claim datasets

Proficiency in Excel and SQL

Experience mentoring and directing a team of analysts
