Nurse Practitioner

• Key Responsibilities and Duties :
• Conduct

comprehensive health assessments and develop individualized care

plans. - Diagnose and treat various health conditions, in

collaboration with a multidisciplinary team. - Prescribe

medications and monitor patient responses to treatment. - Educate

patients on health maintenance and disease prevention strategies. -

Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with

legal and ethical standards. - Participate in quality improvement

initiatives and contribute to a positive team atmosphere.

• Required Qualifications and Skills :
• Current Nurse

Practitioner license in the state of Utah. - Master’s degree in

nursing or a related field. - Strong clinical skills and knowledge

of patient care. - Excellent communication and interpersonal

skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a

collaborative team.

• Preferred Experience :
• Previous experience

in a primary care or outpatient setting. - Familiarity with

electronic health record (EHR) systems.
