Key Responsibilities:
Maintain Cleanliness: Ensure all areas of our facility—including residents' rooms, common areas, restrooms, offices, and laundry—are clean and tidy, adhering to high standards of cleanliness.
Customer Service: Provide excellent service to residents and staff, addressing any needs or concerns with a positive attitude.
Equipment Maintenance: Keep cleaning equipment in good working condition and report any issues as needed.
Supply Management: Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies and materials as required.
Compliance: Follow health and safety regulations, and adhere to company policies and licensing laws.
Skills and Qualifications:
Relevant Experience: Proven experience in hospitality, healthcare, or senior housing environments is preferred.
Independent Work: Ability to work independently while remaining motivated and productive.
Customer Service: Strong customer service skills with a focus on responsiveness and helpfulness.
Time Management: Effective prioritization and time management skills.
Attention to Detail: High level of professionalism with a keen eye for detail and efficiency.
