Job Summary :
CHHA supports clients with personal care, companionship, and household tasks while adhering to healthcare standards and safety protocols.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist clients with personal hygiene (bathing, grooming, dressing).
- Help with mobility support and transfers.
- Provide medication reminders
- Perform light housekeeping (laundry, meal preparation, cleaning).
- Offer companionship and engage clients in activities.
- Monitor and report changes in health or behavior to supervisors.
- Ensure a safe living environment and follow infection control protocols.
- Accompany to MD Appts.
