Now Hiring Resident Assistants :

• 2p – 10p, full-time, including every other weekend

At The Meadows of Wadena your work is appreciated, and your impact is felt every day.  No prior experience is required—this is an entry-level opportunity, and you will receive all of the training and support you need to succeed and grow as a valued member of our team.

Your primary responsibilities are focused on providing exceptional care and service to the seniors that we serve through assistance with personal cares, medication administration, housekeeping tasks, and other related duties.

Pay Rate : $17.28 - $19.78

In order to be able to clearly communicate with and provide appropriate care to our residents, as well as to complete all job tasks safely and as required, you must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.

Prior to starting work, all employees are required to pass a criminal investigation as solely determined by the State of Minnesota.  We cannot employ anyone who does not successfully pass the background study.
