Job descriptionExperience : Proven experience in Manufacturing IT / OT systems architecture and ISA-95 framework implementation. Technical Skills : Strong knowledge of manufacturing execution systems (MES), SCADA, IIoT, and Smart Factory technologies. Education : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Soft Skills : Excellent problem-solving abilities, stakeholder management, and communication skills. Experience with cloud-based Smart Factory solutions. Familiarity with IT / OT cybersecurity best practices. Certifications in Industry 4.0 technologies or related areas.
We are seeking a Functional Consultant / IT / OT SME to support the design and implementation of manufacturing systems and IT / OT architecture for a new factory.
The ideal candidate will provide expert consultation on IT and operational technology (OT) integration, ensuring alignment with business goals and industry best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Consult, review, and support the design of manufacturing systems and IT / OT architecture.
- Assess and design technology stack requirements from Level 2 to Level 4 in the ISA-95 framework.
- Develop and evolve Manufacturing IT architecture to align with business objectives and priorities.
- Recommend appropriate Smart Factory technology platforms based on business needs.
- Provide reference architecture for smart factory solutions, considering long-term priorities.
- Collaborate with internal business and IT stakeholders to drive solution discussions and ensure seamless integration.
