Responsibilities: - Quality Management: Continuously seek ways to enhance and promote quality, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness in all processes.

- Cost Consciousness: Develop and implement cost-saving measures, contributing to profits and conserving organizational resources.
- Project Management: Develop and coordinate project plans, ensuring completion on time and within budget, while managing team activities effectively.
- Conduct DFMEA sessions to identify and mitigate design risks.
Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree (B. S.) from a four-year college or university; or three to six years of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience in Lean Manufacturing, FMEA, PFMEA, and Gemba events.
- Proficiency in Auto-Cad, or ProE/Solid Works with at least months of experience.
Desired Skills: - Exceptional technical and problem-solving skills with strong reasoning capabilities.

Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the is:
$ - $ /hour. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages.
