Experience with a broad range of research methodologies such as interviews, usability studies, surveys, A / B testing, diary studies, and competitive analysis. Proficiency in both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies is essential, with the ability to synthesize and analyze data from a variety of sources to inform decision-making. Experience with user research tools such as UserTesting, dscout, and Qualtrics. Verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal skills, and customer empathy. Ability to work independently.3. Tool Proficiency (24 years) : Familiarity with user testing platforms, Qualtrics, Figma, and Figjam.
