Responsibilities
Develop personalized dietary plans for clients based on their health needs.
Conduct regular assessments to monitor client progress and adjust plans accordingly.
Set and achieve personal performance targets to drive success.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive client care.
Stay updated on the latest nutrition research and trends.
Engage in professional development opportunities to enhance skills.
Educate clients on nutrition and healthy eating habits.
Utilize data analytics to track client outcomes and improve services.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and dietary plans.
Participate in team meetings to discuss client progress and strategies.
Provide feedback to management on client needs and service improvements.

Proven experience in dietary planning and client assessment.
