JOB SUMMARY :
Under general supervision, to perform a variety of technical tasks involved in the staging of events in the Clubhouses and Theatre.
To set up and take down furniture and equipment as required in the auditorium and to perform
related work as required. Work involves regular contact with other employees and residents.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :
Sets up and operates a variety of audio, visual, lighting equipment, devices and systems.
Ensures all audio, visual and lighting equipment is fully operational. Performs routine maintenance on equipment and communicates problems to senior clubhouse technician.
Regular attendance required. All duties performed on-site for the Community.

NON-ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :
Assists Senior Clubhouse Technician in general tasks.
EQUIPMENT OPERATED :
Electronic, audio / visual and lighting equipment, hand tools and hand dolly.
WORK ENVIRONMENT :
Climate controlled indoor facility.
DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS :
Graduation from high school, with some direct work related experience with electronic, audio or projection equipment or any equivalent combination of education and experience which produces the following :
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS :
Possession of a valid California driver's license.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS :
Frequent lifting and carrying of up to 50 lbs. with occasional lifting and carrying of over 100 lbs., occasionally working at heights of up to 30 feet, frequent climbing and grasping, occasional balancing, crawling, crouching, feeling, fingering, pulling, pushing, reaching and stooping.
MENTAL REQUIREMENTS :
Reading, technical problem solving, customer contact.
