Job descriptionManage self-performing electrical construction projects, including in-house field staff, subcontractor performance, vendor compliance, and adherence to contracts, budgets, safety, and legal standards. Oversee project coordination, scheduling, and on-site construction activities, ensuring high-quality self-performed electrical work. Monitor project accounting, profitability, and timely completion (adjusting for schedules as needed). Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, vendors, subcontractors, inspectors, and internal teams. Lead team members according to company leadership principles for efficient project delivery. High school diploma or GED required Bachelor's degree in construction / electrical engineering or 5+ years of electrical field trade experience in self-performing settings. Minimum 5 years of experience as an Electrical Construction Project Manager on large projects, directly overseeing self-performing electrical work. Preferred : Experience in mission-critical hyperscale facilities with self-performing contractors Strong communication skills (verbal / written) and proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Outlook. Must pass criminal background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle record check; valid driver's license required. Ability to travel extensively to out-of-area jobsites.

- $130K-$170K, based on experience

- Travel packages / Per Diem for project work (GSA rates for location)
