About Us :

  • Civics Education Project is a dynamic and passionate consulting firm dedicated to creating positive change in our community. We are seeking a motivated and experienced Regional Canvass Manager to oversee and coordinate our grassroots organizing efforts.

As a Regional Canvass Manager , you will play a pivotal role in mobilizing supporters, building strategic partnerships, and executing effective field strategies to promote our campaign's message.   Responsibilities :

  • Strategic Planning : Develop and implement comprehensive field strategies to engage voters, increase campaign visibility, and drive voter turnout.
  • Team Leadership :

  • Recruit, train, and manage a team of field organizers, canvassers, and volunteers.
  • Provide mentorship, support, and regular feedback to team members.
  • Community Engagement :

  • Establish and maintain relationships with community leaders, organizations, and key stakeholders.
  • Organize and attend community events to build support for the campaign.
  • Data Management :

  • Utilize voter databases and campaign tools to track and analyze field data.
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date records of voter interactions and outreach efforts.
  • Coalition Building :

  • Collaborate with local organizations, activists, and advocacy groups to build coalitions and amplify the campaign's message.
  • Field Operations :

  • Oversee door-to-door canvassing, phone banking, voter registration drives, and other field activities.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of field operations.
  • Reporting :

  • Provide regular reports and updates to campaign leadership on field activities, achievements, and challenges.  Qualifications : Previous experience in grassroots organizing, political campaigns, or community outreach.
  • Experience in a leadership role is highly desirable.
  • Leadership Skills :

  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team of organizers and volunteers.
  • Communication :

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to articulate the campaign's message clearly and persuasively.
  • Organizational Skills :

  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Adaptability :

  • Ability to adapt to changing campaign priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
