Corporate Customer Quality Program Manager
Trillium is seeking a Corporate Customer Quality Program Manager in Burlington!
This Direct-Hire opportunity is seeking a Corporate Customer Quality Program Manager to lead its enterprise-wide customer quality strategy, driving product safety, satisfaction, and reduced RMAs across multiple sites. This high-impact, full-time role will split time 50 / 50 between the Burlington, WA and Fort Mill, SC facilities, with a preference for the candidate to start in Washington and transition to South Carolina within 612 months. The company is flexible on timing, as this individual will play a pivotal role in customer interaction and must bring an executive presence to represent the company with key clients and stakeholders.
Responsibilities also include leading the development of the Customer Experience & Quality (SCE&Q) program, standardizing best practices across sites, and collaborating with Sales, Engineering, and Operations to elevate customer satisfaction and product reliability.

Key Responsibilities :
Schedule is split time 50 / 50 between Burlington, WA and Fort Mill, SC, with flexible timing for transition. Annual salary is $110,000 $125,000 DOE.
