Job Description
As an OMD Process Technician, you will support the equipment and production engineers in maintaining, troubleshooting, and calibrating production machinery. This role plays a vital part in ensuring production meets quality standards through efficient and reliable equipment performance.
Responsibilities
  • Perform equipment calibration, minor repairs, and troubleshooting
  • Modify parameters and program automated equipment
  • Support engineers in experiments and assist in device rework or soldering tasks
  • Maintain equipment and ensure optimal operating condition
  • Report technical issues to engineering and production leadership
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Vocational Course Graduate or associate degree
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in assembly processes and equipment
  • Preferred: 3 years of equipment technician experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Experience with soldering, microscopes, electro-mechanical tools, and measurement devices
  • Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Access), good verbal communication skills, and manual dexterity
  • Detail-oriented, adaptable, and a reliable team player

The base pay range for this position is $ $18.00 $24.66/hr , excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final compensation will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future growth.
