CPA Licensed VP of Finance

A company is looking for a VP of Finance & Corporate Controller.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily accounting operations and manage financial closing processes

Establish internal controls and ensure compliance with financial regulations

Lead financial strategies, budgeting, and forecasting while mentoring the finance team

Qualifications and Experience

15+ years of finance and accounting experience, with 10 years in a leadership role in technology

Experience managing financial operations in a high-growth company

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA and / or CPA preferred

Deep knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting compliance

Proficiency with financial platforms like NetSuite
