Job description

Job Title

The Merchant Account Executive is responsible for driving new business growth and maximizing profitability from existing merchant relationships. This role focuses on identifying opportunities through a deep understanding of client needs, market trends, and the organization's products and services.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and maintain profitable merchant account relationships.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned markets.
  • Deliver persuasive sales presentations to prospective and existing clients, showcasing solutions that meet their business needs.
  • Build and sustain a strong referral network and execute a structured call program to generate leads and promote sales.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and ongoing client satisfaction.

Basic Qualifications : Bachelors degree, or equivalent work experience; Two to three years of relevant sales experience; Ability to travel.

Preferred Skills / Experience : Basic knowledge of product marketing, client service issues and organization operations; Strong marketing, business development / sales and negotiating skills; Ability to creatively resolve client concerns and issues; Basic problem-solving and decision-making skills; Ability to manage multiple tasks / projects and deadlines simultaneously; Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.

    Pay Range : $64,855.00 - $76,300.00
