Key Responsibilities
Partner with G&A leaders to design recruiting strategies aligned with business goals
Lead a team of full-cycle recruiters to build strong talent pipelines across various functions
Utilize data to identify hiring trends and improve recruiting performance and efficiency
Required Qualifications
5+ years of recruiting experience, including 2 years in a leadership role
Experience supporting G&A functions in high-growth or global organizations
Ability to translate data into actionable recruiting strategies
Strong business acumen and consultative approach with executives
Familiarity with recruiting tools such as Greenhouse or GoodTime is a plus
