About the Role :
We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Accounting Assistant to join our construction team. This hybrid role blends project coordination and project accounting support, serving as a key liaison between project managers and the accounting team. The ideal candidate will help ensure accurate cost tracking, budgets, and reporting while assisting with administrative and project coordination tasks.
Responsibilities :
- Assist project managers with cash flow tracking, budgets, and cost allocations.
- Serve as the point of contact between project managers and the accounting team.
- Support project documentation, including subcontractor agreements, lien waivers, and cost tracking.
- Perform general administrative and project coordination duties to support project teams.
- Assist with basic accounting reporting and cost allocations as needed.
Qualifications :
1–2 years of experience in project coordination or administrative roles, ideally in construction.Familiarity with subcontractor processes, contracts, and lien waivers.Basic understanding of accounting principles preferred but not required.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication skills to coordinate between teams effectively.Compensation & Benefits :
