Graduate Engineer (Start ASAP)

Join Northpower as a Graduate Electrical Engineer to contribute to diverse engineering projects with real-world impact in a collaborative team environment.

Your Role

Here's what you will be doing :

• Assist in the development and maintenance of detailed project plans and schedules using Microsoft Planner, MS Project, or equivalent platforms.
• Read, interpret, and apply information from electrical drawings, schematics, and single-line diagrams to support project implementation.
• Work closely with senior engineers and project managers to ensure engineering designs are accurately reflected in field activities.
• Participate in site inspections, supporting documentation of progress, findings, and compliance.
• Contribute to the preparation of technical documentation, reports, and compliance records.
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate project records, assisting with progress tracking and reporting.
• Apply strong general computer skills to manage files, update registers, and communicate effectively across teams.
• Engage in continuous learning and on-the-job development through mentorship and structured support.
