Job descriptionExperience with camera gear (iPhone, DSLR, mirrorless) Strong video editing skills (Premiere, Final Cut, or DaVinci Resolve) Knowledge of script writing, storyboarding, and shot planning Understanding of YouTube content and creator culture Comfortable shooting in various environments : urban, nature, studio Must be based in or able to commute to San Diego, CA Available for ~1520 hours / week (flexible schedule) Able to provide a video / photo portfolio with your application Organized, detail-oriented, and collaborative Hands-on training and mentorship Opportunities to be featured on SANDMARCs platforms Access to SANDMARC gear for shoots Exposure to content marketing in a real brand environment Photo editing (Lightroom, Photoshop) Photography Interest in DTC, e-commerce, or creator economy

SANDMARC, a San Diego-based brand designing premium photography gear, travel products & Apple accessories, is hiring a Filmmaker (Cinematographer) .
This paid, part-time role is ideal for aspiring filmmakers, cinematographers, or content creators looking to build their portfolio and gain hands-on experience producing branded video content in a real-world e-commerce setting.
What Youll Do
- Collaborate with team to storyboard and film YouTube videos
- Assist with video editing, post-production, and visual storytelling
- Shoot lifestyle and product content in-studio and on-location
- Capture behind-the-scenes footage
- Work closely with media & marketing team
